The AUTOSHUNT is a completely automatic wire processor for making shunts in a wide range of dimensions for both single and double (pigtail) configurations.

This automatic system is designed for rough production environments with high volume requirements. The design incorporates STAPLA's high level knowledge and experience in ultrasonic metal welding and our customer's actual experience from their previous production equipment.

The AUTOSHUNT Sonic Processor consists of modular subsystems for different requirements and ease of set up and maintenance.

The machine is a "nuggetizer" which feeds the copper braided wires automatically for single shunt or pigtail, then the nugget is made in specific lengths to be cut in half (or any proportion), removed automatically, and dropped in a tub located under the table.
