The MINI CONDOR ST3O is a high frequency universal ultrasonic welder for smaller, and delicate metal joining applications. This small and compact welder, with modular components, is a maintenance free and user friendly machine.

The transducer assembly actuates in a vertical motion through precision linear bearings. The horn can be rotated, aligned, and adjusted longitudinally by one clamping screw in less than a minute. An adjusting knob allows easy setup of the positive stop.

Special tooling and fixtures are designed and incorporated into the MINI CONDOR ST3O by STAPLA's highly trained engineers for a variety of applications.

The ST1200 controller designed, manufactured, and serviced by STAPLA, is a high frequency (35kHz) metal welding controller that provides full process and quality monitoring capability for smaller metal joining applications. A large LED screen with multifunction buttons provides an easy and user friendly machine for high standard performance.

STAPLA's special SPC program is available for all equipment.
