Special tooling and fixturing for the CONDOR ST30 can be designed, providing the most user-friendly welding machine for manual and automatic systems. Software programming can also be implemented for each and every application. All CONDORS are equipped with a state-of-the-art microprocessor controller, the ST3000, with a highly efficient generator which has 3000 watt power output. This Digital Controller offers automatic setup, calibration, and QC monitoring. All welds are inspected with precision measuring devices which assures high quality results.

The CONDOR is designed and built to be a maintenance free machine for the demanding production environment. This compact welder is available with a precision indexing plate for multiple welding. A standard modular fixture allows easy tooling changeover for different applications and easy access for loading parts. The pneumatic multi-cylinder actuator allows the precision bearings to move in a vertical direction and in different clamping force ranges. STAPLA's exclusive "Nodal Support" transducers offer one step and one size tool setup and changeover with high efficiency welding capability.
