With the splice-welding unit STAPLA-twin the adjustment of the different parameters and tools is completely automatic and does not require any programming!
All splice data can be saved in the STAPLA-CONTROLLER. The quality control measured data is displayed for each splice with specific tolerances. The different models offer preprogramming as well as automatic adjustments of all data, depending on the model. However, all data can be displayed on a PC monitor (option) including SPC charts and analysis as an option.
