The Alfa-Servo allows automatic tool size adjustment along with all welding parameters. Using the precise reference data the unit can be set up for any new splice within seconds.
The stepper motor allows the operator to make welds in sequence for sub assembly harnesses. In the "work cell", a bar code gun, attached directly to the controller can be used for even faster recall of splices.

Automatic Ml mode:

Program mode:
